INCITS

情報技術規格国際委員会（International Committee for Information Technology Standards：INCITS）。ANSIから公認された約100の規格団体の1つ。国家規格を作成するほか、国際規格についてANSIに提言する。 INCITSは、JPEG、コンピュータセキュリティ、生体認証情報、SCSI（技術委員会T10）、ファイバチャネル（技術委員会T11）その他多くの情報技術に関連する規格を作成する技術委員会を選考する。

INCITS International Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS): One of about 100 standards organizations accredited by ANSI to prepare national standards and make recommendations to ANSI concerning international standards. INCITS assigns technical committees to prepare standards associated with information technology, including JPEG, computer security, biometric information, SCSI (Technical Committee T10), Fibre Channel (Technical Committee T11), and many more.
